To reach the unreachable. When designing the slash pad series, we had one goal in mind: to reach the places no pad has ever reached before. More specifically, we wanted to create a pad that would work even with an edge. And because we’re tenacious and don’t give up easily, we got exactly what we wanted.

These models have a characteristic wave shape. During work, air flows between the protrusions, causing the paint and foam to cool. Okay, but why do wave pads come in soft foam and hard foam? As we mentioned above, soft foam wave pads are commonly used for finishing. However, after practical tests among rotary machine users it turned out that wave pads are also suitable for polishing and cutting.

What is unusual about this pad is the use of hexagonal grooves cut into the surface which are designed to hold the compound and release it gradually when the excess has been used up. This ensures that the pad does not clog with compound but maximizes its efficiency.

When you work with rotation and attempt to polish areas such as the bottom of doors and bumpers, we recommend you try the Snake pad, which makes cutting an easy ride.

Due to the abrasiveness of the pad, we do not recommend using it on fresh paints and plastics.

Pad which would be efficient, economical, quick to use and, at the same time, of high quality. The process of creating a pad with those characteristics took us a good two years, then the project was further improved. Eventually, we created a pad with M14 fitting, based on ABS material resistant to the forces generated during rotary polishing. This means that the pad was mounted on a machine spindle without the need to purchase any additional parts. On top of that, we introduced specialist foams with parameters allowing for full correction.
