Inconspicuous with excellent cutting power. Made of a unique weave of fibres and polyurethane foam. Microfibres complement traditional polishing pads by the application of significantly more abrasive material. The microfibre pad series is designed for typical cutting works with DA machines. It often happens that foam pads do not remove scratches while cutting particularly hard paint, despite the high working temperature and machine speed. In such cases, it is necessary to use a product that is more abrasive, but still safe.
Others don’t have that. Our team has designed and applied the innovative Sleek-Shape solution that sets us apart on the microfibre market. Sleek-Shape makes it possible to work around critical points (edges, protrusions) by using perfectly even and long fibres that extend beyond the edge along the entire circumference of the pad.
The Sleek-Shape design makes the microfibre pad work consistently and the fibre wears evenly across the surface.
Choose your cutting power. The microfibre pads fall into two basic models that differ in the type and length of the bristles. The long-bristle microfibre is highly abrasive and designed for heavy-duty cutting and extremely hard paints. The short-bristle microfibre is moderately abrasive and recommended for cutting and polishing. The working power of microfibre pads is affected by foam underlay. Our microfibre pads are available on the following underlays: cutting reinforcement foam (yellow) or finishing reinforcement foam (black). The foam interface pad is made of high-durability foam with the optimum flexibility, which enables precise machine handling.
